Clive AdamsThomas Firbank moved us on 9 April and right from the initial visit by Tom Griffin through to the actual move we have been impressed by the company’s professionalism and friendly approach. Our packing boxes were delivered in very good time and any queries were quickly answered and helpful advice given. On moving day three trucks arrived from Thomas Firbank and their linked companies, with a team of five movers. They set to work immediately by protecting carpets and planning the order of the move. In little over three hours the house was emptied and by three o’clock everything was in the new house. Again the team were friendly, meticulous in their handling of our belongings and willing to discuss issues as they arose. I would have no hesitation in using Thomas Firbank and their linked companies in any further move. Our son who lives in South Wales was so impressed that he is considering asking Thomas Firbank if they do moves in that area.
