INTERNATIONAL PART-LOAD/GROUPAGE SERVICE (BY ROAD OR SEA)

Make your move more affordable by choosing Thomas Firbank’s part-load service; this way, your belongings share a moving consignment with other clients who are going in the same direction. You split the cost with them, bringing your overall moving expenses down. This service is particularly suited to people whose load volumes are small (ie studio or one-bedroom flat). As with all TFR services, it’s managed and handled by our BAR-accredited (British Association of Removers) personnel. We send up to six vehicles to Europe every week, so it’s possible to join a shared moving consignment almost every day.

Our movers and packers will box up your old home and then prepare your inventory to join a shared shipment travelling either by road or sea. On arrival in the destination country, consignments are broken up and each individual shipment then travels on to its customer’s new home. Our part-load service suits a whole range of situations; if you need to move a single item of furniture from one country to another, then joining a part-load shipment is much more affordable than using an individual shipping container. As always, if you need any other TFR services (e.g. storage), you’ll find that they are designed to interact seamlessly with one another.
