Our packing service is the cornerstone of our business. What makes Thomas Firbank unique is our ability to efficiently pack every item with the individual care needed, to ensure that it is safely and securely packed, removed, and relocated without any damage.
We specialise in packing fragile goods, and our range of relocation services puts us above and quite literally beyond other packing and removal companies.
Label it for the best results
As we pack we will carefully label each box with codes to ensure that everything is catalogued and then transferred to the corresponding room in your new home or business premises. We also have some helpful tips on moving. Click Here.
Personal priority items service
As part of our personal service we will also unpack your priority items, such as bedding, lamps, sofa cushions (and of course the ever-essential kettle!), making your first night in your new home as comfortable as possible. This fully comprehensive service costs only marginally more than a standard removal and is worth every penny.
Doing your own packing?
If you are up to packing everything yourself then we can provide you with all the boxes, tapes, covers, and anything else needed to pack your possessions before we move and relocate you.
Please note that Thomas Firbank’s insurance only covers removals that are undertaken by our company. If you do choose to do the packing yourself you must check with your home contents insurance provider to make sure that you have adequate insurance to cover you for all eventualities. We don’t want you to risk damaging any of your property without proper insurance.
