Firbank moved us from our house in rural Dorset into the centre of Bath in a pedestrian area - not an easy brief. The move was exceptionally well planned and executed and the whole team worked together brilliantly. The packing and protection of our pictures and furniture was expertly done and effective. We would thoroughly recommend them.

We moved on a very hot August day and the team of Martyn, Neil and Josh worked cheerfully together to ensure everything went smoothly. They handled all our possessions with great care and on arrival at our new home they ensured that everything was put in the correct place. It really felt as though nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend.

They sent three lads who were on time and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The move was smooth and no time was wasted. Everything was carefully handled, wrapped or packaged as necessary. No damage in transit or when putting things into the new house. I would use this firm again.

Not even had them yet. But rang up in a panic and Tom was absolutely excellent. It’s great to be able to speak to a remover who is actually local, personable but business like and knows how to give people excellent customers service . Thanks again Tom

I would highly recommend the Thomas Firbank team for any moves. We recently moved from a second floor flat, no lift and on the hottest day on record. Despite this, the team were cheerful, polite and helpful. They were so accommodating and really put our stresses and fears to rest. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them.

We used Thomas Firbank for moving out of a 4th floor flat with no lift to a house. They were absolutely amazing, very professional, didn't stop all day, so polite. Would give them more stars if we could. Thank you SO much. Will definitely be using again and recommending.
