Apps are a great way to improve your health and other important things in your life. You’ll be amazed at what you track with your Android or iPhone. Apps are an excellent example of how technology can have a positive impact on our daily routines. Many apps are either low in cost or are free, making them accessible to anyone with a phone.
Bath has some excellent places to walk, and it’s worth collecting all your exercise information to help improve health and look for areas for improvement in our workout routines. If we notice that we aren’t reaching a certain number of steps per day, we’ll more be inclined to head out for one of Bath’s many trails.
