With Christmas and New Year in sight, it could be time for a thorough clean-up to get ready for guests. Even if you’re not having Christmas Day dinner at home, a lot of people try to clear as much space as possible for new presents or to put up decorations. That could mean the garage or loft is taking on more boxes of things to make space.
One of the best ways to make more space for the festive season is to use Bath’s favourite storage providers. Thomas Firbank offers the best storage facilities in Bath, and we have lots of customers storing with us over the holidays.
How Storage Can Create Space for Bath Residents –
With Christmas just around the corner, you may need to clear some extra space. The in-laws are planning a visit, and your spare room is currently under occupation from clutter and boxes. You’ve managed to get the Christmas tree and decorations out of the loft, but you had to wade through various piles of storage containers. The garage…the less said about the garage the better. You might also need to make more space for presents.
Either way, you’re running out of options for where to store everything, and you don’t have a lot of time to cram everything into one space. The best way to solve all your problems is to use self storage. One of the best aspects of self storage is the ease of access and the short-term rental period. You can usually visit your self storage unit as much as you need to, which makes it easier to unpack your items when you need to. If you pick the right storage provider, you won’t have to sign up to a long-term contract. You can use your storage unit for as long as you need to.
Clear Living Spaces as a New Year Resolution –
Another great thing about storage is that it creates a lot more space at home. Once you start using storage, you may find that you prefer the additional living space you have in your house or apartment. A lot of Thomas Firbank’s customers rent out a self storage unit for busy periods like Christmas and end up keeping their unit.
When we spoke to them about it, they told us that the extra space made their home feel much bigger. They could park their car in the garage, and the only storage space they use now is the loft. And this was just the start of their new-found way of creating more living space. The next thing was to reduce the amount of clothing in their wardrobes, store the items they were keeping and to get rid of the rest. Room-by-room, they were repeating this until every room was clear of clutter.
Thomas Firbank – Bath’s Favourite Removals and Storage Provider –
Thomas Firbank offers the best removals and storage service in Bath. One of our busiest periods is the festive season, and we work with lots of people who need extra space over the holidays. The reason they use our facilities is our friendly staff and range of services. We often get return customers who rent a self storage unit every Christmas and at other busy periods throughout the year. We also get a lot of referrals from the family and friends of our customers.
It’s the Thomas Firbank ethos to treat every customer on an individual basis. We don’t assume that someone who inquiries about a removals job will need a large vehicle and we book them for the following Monday. Our team discusses their needs, and often, they may need a smaller van, but they require storage for the month between moving dates. On top of that, they also want us to do the packing for them, and they can’t start moving until Wednesday for work commitments.
At Thomas Firbank, we believe that everyone can benefit from storage. Your living spaces should be clear and clutter free. Especially over the festive seasons, when you might need a lot more room for presents and guests.
Contact us today, and we’ll happily discuss our storage packages and other services.
